At Katira, each item is lovingly packed and sent from our vibrant studio in Melbourne — designed to bring art and colour into your everyday.


 

SHIPPING

We ship within Australia and internationally using trusted services like Australia Post and Sendle.

  • Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • International deliveries may take 7–20 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. From time to time, we offer free shipping promos — keep an eye out on our socials and newsletter!

We are working towards making products more accessible locally in LATAM. At this stage, international orders can be arranged directly — if you’re based in Latin America and would like to purchase something, please get in touch with us. so we can organise the best shipping option for you.


 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every Katira piece is made or selected with intention, in small quantities and with lots of love. As a small independent label, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received the wrong item or your product arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery at  with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to sort it out; either through a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Case-by-Case Returns

If there’s a genuine reason you’d like to return your item outside of a fault (e.g. product misrepresentation or unexpected sizing), we’re open to hearing your case. Contact us and we’ll review it personally and fairly. While we cannot promise a refund, we’ll always do our best to find a kind solution.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable postage service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels
